The Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at translating data into actionable insights, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign performance analysis and reporting for digital programs, including programmatic display advertising, paid social advertising, paid search advertising, content syndication, and ABM with Demandbase.
  • Building PowerPoint slides to report results monthly.
  • Partnering with the lead generation team to build reporting that measures daily, weekly, and monthly impacts of paid media on inbound calling, chat, or form fills and how those impacts are influencing revenue.
  • Providing data to build standardized campaign tracking dashboards using Salesforce and/or Tableau, pulling in data from multiple platforms.
  • Effectively communicating campaign performance to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Digital advertising certifications, internships, and/or college-level coursework.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and initiative-taking with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organization, presentation, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role varies based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, and compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location-based pay ranges are as follows:

  • $63,980 - $85,300 in AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
  • $67,340 - $89,780 in AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
  • $70,710 - $94,270 in CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
  • $74,070 - $98,760 in AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Salary Range

Salary Min : 63980

Salary Max : 98760

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
