Position Summary

The Senior Club Server is responsible for engaging with guests by efficiently taking and processing orders using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests upon arrival.
  2. Process and manage orders through the POS system.
  3. Communicate orders to the kitchen promptly.
  4. Prepare and deliver orders to guests.
  5. Assist guests with transporting their orders to tables when necessary.
  6. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
  7. Conduct initial and final inventory counts.
  8. Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues to management.
  9. Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
  10. Participate in special projects and tasks as needed.
Supervisory Role

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent communication with guests.
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Work Environment
  • High traffic during event days.
  • Typically loud noise levels on event days.
