  • Monitor Guest Consumption: Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary, ensuring that we are providing a safe and responsible service.
  • Promote BNEG: Promote BNEG in a positive and professional manner, representing our brand with pride.
  • Work Well with Others: Work well with other bar backs, servers, bartenders, and management, demonstrating teamwork and a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of direct bar back experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or club environment required.
  • Certification: TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification a plus and will be required if chosen for the position.
  • Appearance: A neat and professional appearance is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public, and co-workers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Lifting and Moving: May be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
  • Work Environment: Will be required to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe.
  • Hours of Operation: Non-typical office hours will be customary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Friday through Sunday availability is a must.
