Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting within the Ringfence Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and working collaboratively in a cross-departmental project across Data Integrity & Reporting, US Finance, Global Royalties, Rights, and Distributed Partners team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Define project requirements and scope, develop and manage Project Plan, coordinate and support cross-departmental resources and schedules.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate regular project team meetings with progress recaps and next steps, draft communications to the end-user community, both internal and external.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Coordinate with QA to review application deliverables at specified checkpoints, develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of project.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to adapt and implement procedures to handle project scope changes, conduct periodic project quality review/presentation in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with US Finance on revenue recognition for Ringfence repertoire, support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting and the various reporting requests from the group.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years project management experience, experience with project estimation, modeling, and programming techniques.
  • Education: Bachelor's or technical degree in Finance/Economics/Business/Analytics.
  • Skills: Excellent excel skills, confidence in SQL script writing, familiarity with Big Query and MicroStrategy (preferred).
