- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.">
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email or other collaboration tools.">
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information and updates.">
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.">
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.">
- Stay informed about competing products and services.">
- Upsell products and services.">
- Research and qualify new leads.">
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.">
Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED">
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com">
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written">
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask">
- Exceptional phone and cold calling skills">
- Strong listening and sales skills">
- Ability to achieve targets">
- Highly analytical in problem-solving with the ability to apply innovative thinking">
- Computer-savvy and sales-oriented mindset">
- Prior experience selling technology products/outsourcing resources (SaaS products are a plus)">
- Able to present in person or through the use of collaboration tools">
- Able to research subjects and provide continuous improvement">
- Able to work under minimal supervision">
- Able to work in a remote setting">
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission.
