Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Intercept Health. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing individualized plans for clients with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.


The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and young adults in our center-based program, promoting language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement individualized plans based on client targets and goals
  • Observe client skills and collect data to inform program development
  • Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement behavior intervention plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science preferred
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Compensation:

Our competitive salary starts at $21 per hour for direct care, with opportunities for advancement based on experience and certification. Indirect care pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on qualifications.
