At Resilience Comprehensive Mental Health Services, LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide mental health skill building services to individuals in need. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will work independently to support and reinforce functional skills and behavior related to health and safety, daily living activities, and use of community resources.
You will also be responsible for assisting with medication management, monitoring health, nutrition, and physical condition, and providing support and reinforcement of life skills.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have experience in mental health service provision, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You must also have your own transportation and be able to travel to clients' locations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment that values your well-being and success.
Please note that this is a full-time position requiring a regular schedule, including weekends and evenings.
