Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is essential in providing administrative support to the CareLink NM Program, collaborating closely with the CareLink Supervisor, CareLink NM personnel, and the Director of Community Services. The individual in this position will ensure that all administrative functions for the CareLink NM Program are executed efficiently and accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary administrative support for the CareLink NM Program.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist with all forms of correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain administrative documents and files for CareLink.
  • Update and manage the CareLink Master Roster Spreadsheet, Care Coordinator Spreadsheet, and Peer Support Spreadsheet.
  • Handle the processing and reporting of opt-ins, opt-outs, and updates related to the CLNM program.
  • Monitor Collective Medical for recent Emergency Room visits, alerting assigned CLNM Staff and submitting Critical Incident Reports as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and special events as directed by the Director of Community Services and CareLink Supervisor.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all client, staff, physician, and organizational information obtained during employment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Community Services and CareLink Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in drafting letters, memos, and emails.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Personable demeanor with the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in integrated mental health services.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
