About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our Game Presentation team at AEG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of live events, including game-day operations, rehearsals, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Operations: Provide operational support to the Game Presentation department during all live events, including game-day operations, rehearsals, and special events.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of all assigned aspects relating to live event production, including setup, cueing, and teardown.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the game/event Producers and Managers to set up and cue part-time talent, staff, and other personnel for live promotional opportunities and intermission activities.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Producers, camera operators, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or current college student, with 1-2+ years of experience working in live sports entertainment, TV/Film production, live event management, or other relevant production/coordination experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proactive, organized, and resourceful with great attention to detail; ability to multi-task, meet tight timelines, and work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 20-30 pounds at a time, and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
