Job Title: Escrow Closing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow Closing Manager to join our team at GG Homes. As the Escrow Closing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of escrow transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and internal staff members to ensure seamless communication during the escrow process.
  • Prepare transaction documents, monitor close of escrow dates, and keep all parties informed of any changes.
  • Resolve title issues before closing, ensure all escrow paperwork and seller's disclosures are completed on time, and attend meetings with internal staff members to provide status updates on all escrow files.
  • Collaborate with sales team members on escrow files when necessary and promptly respond to customer and vendor inquiries professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in real estate contracts, documents, and proficiency in online programs such as MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills to manage the closing process efficiently.
  • Previous experience executing at a high volume, under pressure, and providing exceptional customer service skills is highly valued.
  • Self-motivated individual with a high level of organization, excellent time-management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with various stakeholders.

  • Experience in the real estate investment industry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Compensation:
  • Expected On Target Earnings of $100,000 - $180,000.
  • Management Compensation available via promotion.
