Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee, guide, coach, and mentor a team of up to 20 individuals, fostering genuine guest connections and promoting a community-driven environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire operation, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and goals.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of up to 20 members, emphasizing open communication, trust, and collaboration.
  • Guest Experience: Build strong relationships with guests, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain community-focused initiatives, promoting brand awareness and social responsibility.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume Casual Restaurants or Food Retail concepts, preferably in leadership positions.
  • Charismatic Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, driving growth and excellence.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining agile and responsive to changing circumstances.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Opening Experience: Previous experience with opening restaurants, managing pre-opening activities, and post-opening support.
Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
