We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Patient Centered Services LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other medical organizations to promote our home health care services.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and public health agencies.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute targeted sales and market development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our network.
- Client Management: Communicate with patients to confirm demographic details, clarify financial responsibilities, and manage the order process.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in patient documentation, including demographic data, prescriptions, physician information, and insurance eligibility.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor community and patient perceptions of our services, and identify opportunities for enhanced offerings.
- Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning efforts to identify new service opportunities and improve market positioning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service roles, with a preference for home health experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
