Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and public health agencies.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute targeted sales and market development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our network.
  • Client Management: Communicate with patients to confirm demographic details, clarify financial responsibilities, and manage the order process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in patient documentation, including demographic data, prescriptions, physician information, and insurance eligibility.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor community and patient perceptions of our services, and identify opportunities for enhanced offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning efforts to identify new service opportunities and improve market positioning.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service roles, with a preference for home health experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
