Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Woodbridge, Virginia.

About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on physical therapy techniques and self-care
  • Document client progress and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
