About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Operations Manager to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement schedules and staffing within designated regions to ensure optimal patient care and service.
  • Monitor performance and forecast service needs to inform personnel management, capital equipment justification, and departmental P&L management.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and laws, as well as applicable radiation and health department rules.
  • Supervise and mentor radiologic technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure quality studies and patient care.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and make recommendations for employee development and growth.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, equipment, and equipment repair within designated regions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in the mobile field and two years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid State Rad Tech/CRT and ARRT, ARDMS/CCI certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% within service area.
