Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
* Collaborate with our team to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
* Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project success
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations

Requirements:

* 6-12+ years of experience in transportation design
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation emphasis
* Currently in a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager role
* PE license (or ability to obtain within a year of employment) in PA and/or MD is required
* Highly skilled in Microstation, InRoads, and/or OpenRoads, and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of project management tools such as ECMS, Deltek Open Plan, and similar software
* Experience in geometric design, stormwater management, and drainage design, as well as familiarity with intricate highway design projects and understanding of structural and bridge design, is a plus
