Join Gannett Fleming as a Construction Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team at Gannett Fleming. As a Construction Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support construction projects by participating in observation and inspection of construction activities.
  • Interface with project teams and task managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and update submittal status reports to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assist with preparing schedule reports to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain project files and documentation, including logs and online project document control systems.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with keeping minutes to ensure accurate project records.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel and management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Will require outside work in a variety of weather conditions.
