We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team at NAPAA. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing insurance accounts, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain insurance accounts, including policy renewals and cancellations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
