About the Role

IVA'AL Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to fill the position of Family Advocacy Treatment Manager. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing treatment services to individuals, families, and groups affected by maltreatment allegations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients, focusing on prevention and intervention strategies for maltreatment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • A current, unrestricted State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least two years of full-time post-master's degree experience in clinical counseling services, preferably in family violence.
  • Group therapy facilitation or co-leadership experience.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills to maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Familiarity with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000. IVA'AL Solutions, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement program, employee recognition program, paid time off, and 11 paid federal holidays.
