As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and making recommendations to customers
  • Manage cash handling and cash drawer responsibilities
  • Hanging clothing, straightening racks, and placing new items in store
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, secure, and friendly store environment
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Flexible hours and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds and spend entire shift on feet
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
