Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Automation and Controls Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and optimize control systems for various industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop control systems for process automation, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.
  • Develop detailed control strategies and system architectures to meet client specifications and process requirements.
  • Create system documentation, training manuals, and conduct training.
  • Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and automation devices as required.
  • Integrate process instrumentation and control devices into the overall systems architecture.
  • Ensure seamless communication between control systems and process equipment using network protocols.
  • Test, simulate, and validate sequence of operation at customer sites.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and upgrades to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety.
Requirements
  • Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process automation, control system design, and programming.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA solutions, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of process instrumentation, PID loops, and control systems integration.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
