  • Perform patient assessments and provide treatment according to established protocols
  • Accurately document patient information, treatment, and transfer of care
  • Operate an ambulance safely and efficiently
  • Maintain equipment and property in a safe and secure manner
  • Participate in training and orientation of new staff
Requirements
  • Certified as an Emergency Medical Technician - Basic by the Commissioner of Health & Senior Services of the State of New Jersey
  • Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to the professional rescuer level, and EVOC
  • Valid Driver's license recognized by the State of New Jersey
  • High school diploma or GED required
