BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless coordination of services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and quality home care to our clients
  • Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, employees, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to our licensed field employees
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior knowledge of or experience with pediatrics and skilled nursing preferred
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
