Job Overview

We are a growing service department looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Marine Technician. If you love being outside and working on boats, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Marine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of work on our fleet of over 160 vessels across the Puget Sound and 11 club locations. You will have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, from gelcoating, basic and full services to full diagnostics on all boats.

This position would suit someone with basic experience with outboard engines. We are committed to training and supporting our team members to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of work on our fleet of vessels
  • Performing gelcoating, basic and full services, and diagnostics on all boats
  • Working on a variety of tasks, including engine repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic experience with outboard engines
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted
  • Comfortable working independently
