Marine Mechanic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Technician to join our team at the Freedom Boat Club. This is a full-time position, and as a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of work on our fleet of over 160 vessels across the Puget Sound and 11 club locations.
As an Marine Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, from gelcoating and basic services to full diagnostics on all boats. Our goal is to keep the boats serviced and functioning so our members can enjoy their time on the water.
This role would suit someone with basic experience with outboard engines, and we are committed to training and supporting our team members to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, good work ethic, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old. You should also be able to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted and be comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest standards of work on our fleet of vessels
- Performing gelcoating, basic and full services, and diagnostics on all boats
- Working on a variety of tasks, including engine repairs and maintenance
