Marketing Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Development Representative to join our team at Growthfyi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify qualified opportunities through high-volume follow-up on inbound leads and develop effective prospect communication plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
- Account Management: Ensure all potential customers are followed up with and own the process until demonstrations are completed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Product Knowledge and Market Expertise: Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the Growthfyi product, the automotive services industry, competition, and market trends, staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends.
- CRM Management: Oversee the effective utilization and management of our CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Performance Metrics and Quotas: Meet and exceed daily KPIs and monthly quota, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth of our sales team.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Help coach and provide light training of new Marketing Development Representatives, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
- Team Player Mindset: A collaborative and leading-by-example approach, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and mutual support.
- Results-Driven Work Ethic: A highly intelligent, passionate, and tenacious work ethic, with a desire to be a top performer and drive business growth.

- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree (preferred) and successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred), with a strong desire to grow within our organization.
