Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices to meet individual patients' needs.
  • Provide ongoing support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed to ensure optimal hearing health.
  • Travel to different practice locations one day per week within a 60-mile radius to provide comprehensive services.
  • Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Holds current state licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients.
  • Prioritizes providing high-quality, patient-centered care to drive excellent outcomes.
  • Prefers experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids.
Compensation Package
  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary based on qualifications and experience.
