Position Overview

Vibrant Hearing is seeking a qualified and dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team in Kalispell, MT.


This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing practice and contribute to the hearing health of the community. The role includes one day of travel per week and five work days.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices.
  • Provide ongoing patient support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance.
  • Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed.
  • Travel to different practice locations one day per week (within 60 miles).
  • Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Adhere strictly to hearing healthcare best practices.

Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Experience with fitting and dispensing hearing aids is preferred.
