Veterinary Front Desk Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and providing administrative support to the veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic.
- Answer incoming calls, manage multiple phone lines, and respond to client inquiries with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle any billing inquiries.
- Maintain client and patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and entered accurately into the practice management software.
- Provide clients with information about services, products, and aftercare instructions.
- Assist with the coordination of patient flow to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, emailing, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all patients.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle client concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
