Position Overview
The Culinary Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining services within our healthcare facility. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of food service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
The Culinary Support Specialist is tasked with:

  • Setting up the serving area and ensuring that food portions are served accurately to patients.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work environment.
  • Updating communication devices and recording dietary changes as needed.
  • Answering phone inquiries and providing necessary information to staff and visitors.
  • Preparing and distributing patient menu requests and managing nourishment deliveries.
  • Handling cash transactions while adhering to company cash handling policies.

Customer Service Excellence
As a Culinary Support Specialist, you are expected to create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting patients, visitors, and colleagues with a friendly demeanor. Your approach should reflect the values of our organization, ensuring that everyone feels valued and cared for.
