Job Title: Clinical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team at Planned Parenthood North Central States. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans for new employee training and ongoing training needs
  • Deliver training curriculum in approved formats and within established timeframes
  • Formulate and implement evaluation systems to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of training
  • Promote standardization of evidence-based and/or best clinical practice
  • Support initial and ongoing evaluation of clinical staff

Requirements:

  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse/APN in Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska with National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women's Health Care, Adult or Family Practice NP
  • Current Healthcare provider BLS certification
  • Two years' experience working in a family planning clinic
  • Two years' experience inserting/removal IUCs and Implants
