We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ChildServe. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping us expand our Autism Services program across Iowa.

As a BCBA at ChildServe, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented interdisciplinary team, including clinical psychologists, mental health therapists, social workers, and speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Together, we will provide a holistic approach to autism services that addresses the unique needs of each child and family.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to inform treatment planning
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based strategies
  • Providing supervision and training to direct care providers to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to implement effective techniques across all environments
