Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Resource Specialist to provide clerical support to our technology and property management departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general clerical duties, including data entry, research, and purchasing.
  • Take minutes at assigned meetings and schedule appointments.
  • Assist with research and provide information on housing resources.
  • Support the technology and property management departments with administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homeless services and knowledge of resources required.
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office Professional or similar programs.
  • Minimum keyboarding skills of 55 wpm.
  • Ability to learn other computer software and skills as necessary.
  • Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
