This position plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing various IT and security-related support services within the organization.

As a member of the ITS leadership team, the Associate Director of Campus Support Services will work closely with the Director of Campus Support Services to ensure that service deliverables are met and that the units they are responsible for are coordinating efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of BearHelp, Student Technology Services, IT Asset Management, and Secured Device Services
  • Strategic support for new service implementations across ITS departments
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of secured / managed device services, asset (hardware and software management), and help desk operations
