The Smart Mobility Office (SMO) at Sunrise Systems, Inc. serves as a pivotal hub for innovation within the transportation sector. This role is integral to managing the operational functions of our SMO office, acting as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries, activities, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain office protocols, workflows, and communication strategies.
- Facilitate administrative support for management meetings and events, including logistics and setup.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage office supplies and maintain accurate records of inventory and assets.
