About the Role:

As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, industrial, and plumbing systems. This involves conducting regular maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment failures and ensure the safety of occupants.

This role requires a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular maintenance and repairs to building systems
  • Identifying and troubleshooting equipment failures
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
