The BDC Service/Call Center is integral in coordinating service appointments for vehicles across all Wheelers locations.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be comfortable with extended periods of sitting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing telephone support as needed.
  • Collecting and documenting essential demographic information from customers using the dealership's sales control system.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability for a work schedule of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Authorization:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (Preferred)
