Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Property Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing QuickBooks to ensure accurate tracking of corporate expenses and payments
  • Generating property-level reports, including Monthly/Quarterly/T12 Rent Rolls, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheets
  • Overseeing Tax, Insurance, and CAPEX reserve accounts, ensuring compliance with monthly transfer and utilization requirements
  • Reconciling bank accounts, property management reports, and financial statements monthly
  • Supervising accounts payable processes, including vendor billing and payments, and maintaining accurate records

A competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, is offered for this position.
