Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, performing check-in/check-out functions, booking appointments, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book appointments and verify patient demographic information
  • Collect payments from patients and balance the cash drawer
  • Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accurate paperwork
  • Notifies appropriate personnel of emergencies and messages
  • Confirms patient appointments and runs reschedule reports
  • Assists patients with setting up payment plans and issues receipts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience using a PC in a Windows environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage competing priorities
