Role Summary

The Corporate Partnerships Manager (CPM) will collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and Corporate Partnerships, the Senior Director of Promotions, and the Chief Development and Marketing Officer (CDMO) to formulate impactful strategies aimed at fostering new corporate alliances and enhancing financial contributions to NCOA's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Strategic Development**: Partner with the Business Development team to create effective strategies that reinforce existing corporate partnerships and significantly broaden new corporate connections.
2. **Account Management**: Oversee accounts, engage in prospecting, and initiate cold calls to introduce potential partners to NCOA's mission.
3. **Collaboration**: Work alongside the Director of Business Development to explore various segments of the corporate sector as potential funding partners for NCOA's programs.
4. **Campaign Initiatives**: Increase corporate funding through innovative programs such as licensing, cause-related marketing, event sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
5. **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to leadership regarding progress on corporate campaigns and ensure alignment with NCOA guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in business development, corporate fundraising, or marketing.
2. Proven experience in budget development, tracking, and result measurement.
3. Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels and with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM databases like Salesforce.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals to corporate partners.
