Primary Care Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Primary Care Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and medical assistants to provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.
About the Role:- Lead a team of nurses and medical assistants to provide patient care in a primary care setting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nurses and medical assistants to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a nurse manager or clinical leader.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
