About the Role

Jenny & François Selections is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales growth in accordance with stated sales goals
  • Grow existing customer revenue and relationships, as well as develop new business opportunities
  • Learn and become knowledgeable about our company portfolio
  • Learn to use our company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to stay current with inventory, customer performance, and sales opportunities
  • Lead wine education sessions for restaurant customers and their waitstaff as requested
  • Provide in-store tastings and product demonstrations
  • Attend bi-weekly sales meetings and industry events
Requirements
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent
  • Ability to hold a Solicitor's Permit
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Relationship building and sales skills are essential
  • Speaking a foreign language is a plus
