Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash register transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer with a positive and friendly attitude, building long-term customer loyalty and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions, handling customer payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Happy to train new associates who may not have prior retail experience.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Skills: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
