Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Welcome every customer with a smile and provide a personalized shopping experience that builds loyalty and drives sales.
  • Manage Cash Register Transactions: Accurately process sales, handle returns, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Be a Store Expert: Stay up-to-date on our weekly deals, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers and drive sales.
  • Assist with Store Operations: Help with freight logistics, merchandise displays, and other tasks to ensure our stores run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but we're happy to train new associates with no prior retail experience.
  • Positive Attitude and Team Player: You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours: You'll be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting and Carrying: You'll need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and push and pull up to 35 pounds.
