Powertrain OBD Calibration Engineer Senior

Roush Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Powertrain OBD Calibration Engineer Senior to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, validating, and calibrating diagnostic functions for future automotive programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and validate diagnostic functions for powertrain systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance
* Utilize OEM software and control algorithms to develop calibrations
* Analyze test results and develop solutions for issues
* Conduct in-vehicle calibration evaluations and diagnostic robustness assessments
* Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
* Minimum 4 years of powertrain calibration experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier
* Experience with OBD diagnostic calibration, validation, and documentation
* Knowledge and understanding of modern powertrain operation
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
