About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Concierge project team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone customer advice and support in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Consult with clients on our mobile and DSL products and services
  • Process orders and contract conclusions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Offer general advice and guidance to clients
  • Refer clients to specialist departments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and contract data
What We Offer

We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. As a Call Center Agent, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in customer service, sales, and problem-solving.

We also offer a flexible schedule, with the option to work between 20 and 40 hours per week. Our call center is open from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 11pm, and we require our agents to work two weekends a month. In return, you will have two days off during the week.
