Job Title: Center Manager

This employee is responsible for the overall operation of a center, including sales and supervision of center employees. The Center Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the center's profitability and implementing cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates to ensure the center's success.
  • Sales and Marketing: Make sales calls on existing and potential customers on a regular basis to grow the customer base through excellence in customer service.
  • Inventory and Purchasing: Control inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies through the central purchasing function.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement safety programs, including maintaining records in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Vehicle Management: Maintain a fleet of leased vehicles, establish a routine preventive maintenance program, and record keeping and inspections of vehicles.
  • Equipment Setup and On-Call Responsibilities: May be required to perform equipment setups in the nursing facility and perform on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis with other employees in the center.
