Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and development of our pediatric therapy program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children and their families in a variety of settings, including sensory clinics, daycares, and schools.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and learning collaboratives to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our pediatric therapy program through clinical planning and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a certified occupational therapy assistant in NC.
  • Experience with feeding and SI interventions preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric OT candidates with less experience will be considered).
  • Accuracy and efficiency with documentation.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
