The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing cash receipts and handling bank deposits.
  • Analyzing aging reports to identify outstanding balances and potential issues.
  • Reconciling billing discrepancies and issuing re-bills to ensure accurate customer accounts.
  • Generating invoices, cutting checks, and making deposits to manage financial transactions efficiently.
  • Handling collection calls with professionalism and diplomacy to resolve outstanding payments.
  • Maintaining archived records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Reconciling accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting Department as needed, contributing to smooth operations.
  • Taking on other related duties and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable roles.
  • Familiarity with Importing/Exporting processes is a valuable asset.
  • Experience with renowned accounting software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for effective communication and data management.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
