Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Peak Living Property Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the leasing process, including marketing and showing apartments
  • Manage resident relations, resolve issues, and ensure a positive living experience
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Prepare and adhere to the marketing and leasing plan
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure best prices and services

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property management or related field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with productivity software and PMS systems
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and ability to work with diverse groups

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. We offer health insurance benefits, 401k program eligibility after 6 months, and paid time off.
