We are seeking motivated Surgical Coordinators to enhance our expanding practice. The Surgical Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth surgical experience for patients, providing guidance and support throughout the surgical journey. Responsibilities include patient education, scheduling surgical and pre/post-operative appointments, and assisting patients in their preparation for surgical procedures.

No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferably in the field of surgery)
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Professional and courteous interaction with patients and staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year in a similar role
  • Preferred: COA or COT certification
